Josh Gray

Josh Gray is a multidisciplinary strategist, technologist, and advocate with an insatiable curiosity and a rare ability to connect ideas across complex fields into clear, actionable strategy. A Virginia State University alumnus with a B.S. in Business Management, Josh has built a career in the public and private sector in IT project management, holding PMP and Scrum Master certifications, where brings structured execution to long-horizon work. As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of the United Sons and Daughters of Freedmen (USADOF), Josh has contributed research, technical expertise, policy strategy, and systems thinking to some of the movement's most consequential legislative efforts.  He lives in the DC metro area and serves as Director of DMV Freedmen.
